What is your Returns Policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted as long as the item is returned at our facility within 9 calendar days (strict) from the date you receive the order. We do not allow refunds on returned items as per our company policy, however we do issue a full store credit with validity of 1 year against returned items.
Once the Spinwheel items are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). Customer gets a credit note, only when the desired size of the product is not in stock.
Order Items NOT Eligible for Returns
All items are not eligible for return/exchange. We, thus suggest you to kindly check the eligibility for returns before making the purchase.
Spinwheel shall not accept any return/ exchange of Item which is used, worn, washed, or damaged in any way. Return items will only be accepted with their original packaging. Any item that has been damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for the following items:
- Custom-made products and products personalized to your requirement (including but not limited to tulle netting, length customization, blouse tailoring, additional fabric/frill/trims or any other form of customization)
- XXL/Custom size outfits
- Products that are not eligible for return/exchange (will be specifically mentioned in product information).
- Products purchased during Sale/offer Period are not to be returned /exchanged.
Quality Control for Returns
All our items are processed through rigorous Quality Check before packaging and dispatch. In an unlikely event you receive your merchandise with damage/defect or different from what you ordered, please make an opening video and take photos of the item immediately after opening the item and send it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with all the tags, labels & packaging intact within 24 hrs of receiving the order.
- We pack our merchandise with utmost care and love. Should you receive your package in a poor condition or find it tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to collect the parcel and notify us at email@example.com OR Whatsapp: +91-8810540826. We will arrange to send a fresh shipment.
- In case you find your merchandise damaged or missing post-delivery, please contact Customer Care within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your request. Damages or items missing reported after 48 hours will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
- We may request you to send us photographs of the damage, so we can assess the nature of the damage and offer an appropriate resolution to close the case.
- In case of damage, we will replace the damaged merchandise at no cost to you. If we are unable to send a replacement, we will offer an alternative, or store credit, or the option of a refund in your original mode of payment (or bank transfer in case of COD payments).
How do I return my order?
You need to raise a return request by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Your invoice has a return label attached to it. Simply pack your item the way it arrived and ship it back to us with the return label on it. Be sure you have checked if your order item is eligible for return and meets our quality control conditions as mentioned earlier. You can get always in touch with us through our official email address and we will be happy to assist you further.
Once acknowledged by the team and the return process is explained to you, please send the product back to us yourself, as we do not have reverse pickup facility at the moment. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.
Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Spinwheel will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
How do I exchange the outfit for a different size/ outfit?
Exchange works exactly like returns; we will issue you a store-credit and you can place the order for another size or a different outfit using the store credit.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing your order on the website by mailing us at "email@example.com". Cancellations will not be possible after this time period. However, you can always return your purchase – refer to our Returns Policy.
Return & Exchange Summary
- We hope you love your Spin Wheel merchandise! That being said, if you’d like to return or exchange an item, please contact Customer Care within 48 hours of receiving your parcel (e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org). We will respond within 24-48 hours of receiving your request. Return or exchange requests placed after 48 hours of receiving your order will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Merchandise bought on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Once your return or exchange request is approved, then you will have to arrange a pickup from your side as mentioned earlier, to our warehouse shipping address.
- The return shipment must be received by our warehouse within 10 days of requesting the return. Our warehouse address is: SPINWHEEL, B-36, Pocket 1, Block 6, 4th Floor, Kendriya Vihar 2, Sector 82, Noida – 201 304, U.P. (email@example.com)
- Please ensure the original packaging is intact for return. Items must be unused and unwashed, in their original condition, with their labels and tags intact. This is essential as items need to be resalable – returns that have been used or received without their original packaging or labels/tags will be not be entertained for return and exchange.
- We will notify you as soon as we receive your reverse shipment. Upon verification, if the return shipment meets the above requirements, we will process a return/exchange.
- We issue a store credit for all return orders. The store credit is valid for a 1-year period from the date of issue and can be used against any merchandise on our website.
- Shipping fees, COD charges, and gift services (if any) are non-refundable.
- In case of an exchange, we will send the replacement upon receiving the return shipment. If the replacement item price is more than the original item ordered, we will send you a payment link for the balance amount. Alternatively, if the replacement item price is less than the original item ordered, we will issue a credit note for the balance amount.
- Exchanges, when requested, are limited to one-time only. Similarly, the use of a store credit would make the order ineligible for any further return or exchange.
International Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship our merchandise worldwide. International shipping might take up to 2-4 weeks for delivery( hand painted items requiring more time) . We ship via renowned courier companies and you will receive a tracking number as soon as we ship out your order from India.
What are your shipping charges outside of India?
Our shipping charges are calculated on actual weight of your ordered items. The total shipping costs applicable on your order will be shown at the payment details page once you fill out your shipping details at the time of placing an order.
What about Import Duties/Customs/Taxes?
SpinWheel will be responsible only for shipping your order to your destination country. Any clearance charges, taxes, import fees or duties applicable at the destination port will be borne directly by the customer. The shipping charge levied by us includes the cost of freight alone.
Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for returns/exchange
MODES OF PAYMENT
- For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options and UPI/GPAY across major banks. For all international transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide the option to pay using PayPal. PayPal and PayU are our third party payment gateways.
- Due to the new RBI regulations in India, all credit and debit cards issued in Indian Territory cannot be used for transactions in international currency by default unless overridden by the card holder explicitly with the bank.
Do you have any physical retail stores?
We do not have any physical stores currently, and we exclusively retail through our website at this moment but we may consider our presence in other e-commerce platforms as and when the right time come. We shall notify you from time to time regarding our merchandise allocation. We understand that with Indian clothing, sizing and fit can at times be tricky when you are shopping online. Will the outfit look exactly the same as I see it on the website?
Spinwheel is a private label, and everything from design to production is handled in-house. The outfits and accessories the model is seen wearing on the website are entirely designed and manufactured by us. Barring minor colour variations (which differ due to screen resolution, monitor brightness, operating system etc from computer to computer), what you see on our site is what you get. The minor differences noticed in a particular style is mostly because they are handcrafted,
Custom Sizing/Pattern/Color Requests
Unfortunately, we do not undertake custom designing/tailoring for individual orders. This is primarily because the effort and time that goes into creating a new design is prohibitively high to be commercially viable for single orders, but we do take bulk orders where MOQs are 100 per style AND at least 500 products per purchase order (across styles). However, we do customise minor aspects for individual order - like sleeve length, neck depth etc. Please do get in touch with us at email@example.com, if you want to make any minor customization to an outfit for length alterations or sleeve alterations (that means only the size can be altered if possible) at an additional charge. Please note that customized orders are not eligible for COD/ Exchanges or Returns. Request for Sold Out Items
Our collections are limited in inventory reaffirming our commitment to exclusivity. We rarely accept orders for sold-out outfits. However, you can write to us at email@example.com requesting for a sold out item, you will hear back from our team if we can make the outfit on request.
