4. What are the Shipping Fees & Minimum Order Amount?

• Free shipping across India.
• "Pre-order" products shipped per mentioned timelines.
• Orders may be split for faster delivery based on product availability.
• COD orders require payment before opening; returns/exchanges via Customer Care.

5. Order Confirmation and Tracking:

• Dispatch notification includes courier partner and tracking details.

Returns and Exchanges:

• Items must be returned to our facility within 9 calendar days from the date of receiving the order.
• No refunds are allowed; however, a full store credit with a validity of 1 year will be issued against returned items.
• Spinwheel items can be exchanged for a different size, provided the terms and conditions are met.
• Exchange is possible only if the desired size is not in stock; a credit note is issued.

Items NOT Eligible for Returns:

• Custom-made products, personalized items, XXL/custom size outfits, accessories, jewelry, and products mentioned as non-returnable.
• Products purchased during sale/offers.

Quality Control for Returns:

• Merchandise is subjected to rigorous quality checks before dispatch.
• Damaged, worn, washed, or altered items will not be accepted.
• A damaged item will be replaced at no cost; alternative resolutions include store credit or a refund.

How to Return:

• Raise a return request by emailing contact@thespinwheel.in within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• Pack the item with the attached return label and ship it back at your expense.
• Obtain an acknowledgment receipt from the courier.

Exchanging for a Different Size/Outfit:

• Exchange works like returns; a store credit is issued, which can be used to place a new order.

Order Cancellation:

• Cancel within 6 hours of placing the order by emailing contact@thespinwheel.in.
• After this period, returns are possible following the Returns Policy.

Return & Exchange Summary:

• Contact Customer Care within 48 hours of receiving the parcel for return or exchange.
• Requests after 48 hours are not eligible.
• Return shipment must reach the warehouse within 10 days.
• Original packaging must be intact; items must be unused with labels/tags.
• Store credit issued, valid for 1 year.
• Shipping fees, COD charges, and gift services are non-refundable.
